Minety 4 - 1 Stratton United
After scoring 14 without reply the previous week, Minety came into this game full of confidence against a young Stratton side.
Danny Pike opened the scoring from 25 yards with his sixth goal in two games from a Collier assist.
Joe Liddington soon made it 2-0 with a tidy finish.
A sloppy own goal brought the game back to 2 - 1. The following 45 minutes was very even although the best chances fell to Minety and Ryan Driscoll could of easily had a couple on another day. With 10 minutes remaining new striker James Piatek scored a brace.
MOM: Joe Liddington.
Next up: Minety face last season's champions Fratellos.
