Teenage hotshot Owen Windsor has completed his move to West Bromwich Albion from Cirencester Town
The 17-year-old has signed a three year deal with the Championship club who appointed former Croatia and West Ham boss Slaven Bilic recently.
Windsor, who has also featured for England Schoolboys, scored six goals for Cirencester at the back end of last season.
He was also a scholar for Hartpury College during the 2018/19 season.
The deal has been in the offing for a couple of weeks. Bristol City also held talks with Windsor and he even attracted interest from Premier League Chelsea.
