Walking football update
Although we are now in the close season, there are still Walking Football National competition matches taking place around the country.
In the WFA National Cups both local teams have won through to the second round of their competitions.
In the Over 60s, Cirencester Town beat Hereford 2-1 in a very closely fought match and now play Forest Falcons in Round 2.
Phoenix Blue, in the Over 65s, beat Freedom Foresters 3-0 at Newent and now face a tough game away to Cup holders, Clevedon.
