A goal in each half helped Fairford Town return to winning ways against Lydney Town in the Hellenic Premier Division on Saturday.
Fairford started well and took the lead on 32 minutes through Dan Bailey.
They doubled their advantage with 15 minutes when Charlie Bailey got on the scoresheet.
Fairford saw the game out and took home all three points.
Jody Bevan's side are 11th in the league with 39 points from 30 games.
They are without a game this weekend but travel to Hellenic Division One West high-flyers Thornbury Town on Saturday, March 16 in the quarter finals of the Bluefin Sports Supplementary Cup.
Their next league game is at home to Binfield on Saturday, March 23.
