Gloucester snatched victory against Northampton with a last-gasp converted try on Friday.
Gerbrandt Grobler crossed on the final play of the game, with Billy Twelvetrees kicking the crucial conversion for a 14-12 win.
Twelvetrees had earlier kicked the points after a Matt Banahan try.
Piers Francis and Cobus Reinach went over for Saints, with James Grayson adding the extra points following Reinach's try.
Gloucester take on Leicester Tigers at Kingsholm on Friday, November 9 in their next match.
