North Cotswold Tri and Run club's James Dunn headed overseas to the Moscow Marathon on Sunday, September. This was Dunn's 15th marathon and he achieved a Personal Best by in 4 hours 31 minutes.
Elsewhere, Laura Williams and Ann Hillary went to Ashbury, Wiltshire to take part in the cross country race The Ridgeway Run. Both running the
10 mile distance, Hillary was home first as the eighth female in a time of 1:29 closely followed by an ever improving Williams who was 11th female in 1:30.
Mike Kelly took park in Cheltenham Park Run and ran a fantastic Personal Best as first MV45-49 in 19:59.
There was also a huge achievement for Steve Edwards who became the first person to complete 500 marathons in under 3 hours, 20 minutes.
