PUPILS at Meadowpark School in Cricklade enjoyed a taste of the USA.
The school has several pupils that were born in the US and decided to hold their very own version of American holiday Thanksgiving.
Melissa Uthgenannt who moved to Cricklade from the USA and has two daughters at the school, talked to pupils about how she celebrates Thanksgiving with her family.
“I learnt how the people who started Thanksgiving came from England,” said William Crew, a pupil from the Rowan class.
Melissa said that talking about Thanksgiving was a way of contributing to the culture of the school.
