READER'S LETTER: Excellent care
WE FELT the need to respond to the headline article of January 27 regarding the Watermoor House care home.
My dad was resident at the home from September 15 to January 25, aged 102 years.
He never wanted to go into a care home, neither did we wish it, but we have to say what excellent care my dad received.
He was very happy at the home and cared for with expertise and very thoughtful and professional staff.
We as a family cannot thank them enough for the care dad received in his last four months, a big thank-you to all the staff at Watermoor House care home.
