A SEVERE weather warning has been issued across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire with a risk of flooding and strong gusty winds across Thursday and Friday.
The Met Office issued the warning this morning warning people to be aware of localised flooding being made worse by fallen leaves blocking drains.
Rain is expected to become persistent and heavy at times, particularly over south-facing hills.
The Met Office’s chief forecaster wrote that many places may see 20-30mm of rain, with as much as 50-70 mm expected over higher ground.
