Australian singer Delta Goodrem is one of the 15 celebrities taking on the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom this autumn.

The new series kicks off on Saturday, September 19 on BBC One, seeing new hosts Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe fronting the dance show.

In the 2026 series, Goodrem will be joined by the likes of Will Best, Dani Dyer, Dame Sarah Storey and Shaun Wright-Phillips, as they all take to the dance floor in hopes of winning the Glitterball Trophy.

Who is Delta Goodrem?

Delta Goodrem is an Australian singer who achieved fourth place in the Eurovision Song Contest this year with her song Eclipse.

The singer-songwriter and actress rose to fame for her portrayal of Nina Tucker in Neighbours from 2002 to 2003.

Goodrem returned to the Australian soap for several guest appearances, including the finale in 2022 before the show was rebooted by Prime Video.

Her former Neighbours co-star Stefan Dennis appeared on Strictly last year until he was forced to pull out from the competition in October after injuring his calf.

Goodrem has also featured as a coach on The Voice Australia and has achieved massive chart success in the country, landing five Australian number one albums.

She is one of Australia's most accomplished artists, with a career spanning multiple fields, including as a philanthropist and entrepreneur.
