TWO stolen hanging baskets have been returned to their owner in Cirencester.
The baskets of flowers were taken from a garden in the town on June 7.
Cotswolds Police put out an alert on Saturday, asking for information about the stolen items.
Following this, PC Baker and PCSO Edgell managed to track them down.
