TODAY will be a dry and sunny start for many, but a cold feel will come with plenty of ice.
As the day progresses, there is a chace of sleet and snow showers at times, as temperatures reach highs of 6°C.
Overnight will remain largely dry, clear and cold, with a sharp frost quickly forming under clear skies. However towards dawn it will become cloudy with a band of rain pushing eastwards.
Temperatures will fall to as low as -3°C.
