Tetbury says 'yes' to Neighbourhood Plan
RESIDENTS in Tetbury and Tetbury Upton have said 'yes' to the Neighbourhood Plan for their area.
1064 residents voted for the plan and 68 voted against at a referendum on Tuesday, December 5. Almost 94 per cent of the votes were in support of the proposals.
Cotswold District Council (CDC) will now ‘make’ the plan, at which point it will form part of the Development Plan for the District – this means that all planning applications in Tetbury and Tetbury Upton Neighbourhood Area will be subject to the policies in the Neighbourhood Plan.
