NUMEROUS worried drivers have reported a car on fire on the M5 motorway near to junction 11a tonight.
Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service received several reports by concerned drivers of the car on flames between junction 11 and 11a on the southbound carriageway at around 7.30pm.
A crew of ten firefighters from Cheltenham and Gloucester tackled the blaze, which severely damaged the car.
It is not thought that anyone was injured in the fire and Great Western Ambulance Service did not attend.
