DISGRACED former charity boss Dennis Grant is due to appear in court tomorrow to discover how much of the funds he plundered to fund his luxury lifestyle he must pay back.
Grant, the former head of the Cotswold Water Park Society, was jailed in July for defrauding the charity of almost £700,000.
He was due to appear at Gloucester Crown Court in court for a confiscation hearing under the Proceeds of Crime Act in November, but was unable to attend for health reasons, and was given a ruling for almost £1million in his absence.
The hearing has been rescheduled for this Friday, which Grant has been ordered to attend.
Grant, 63, of Upper Tadmarton, is serving a four year, four month jail sentence at Leyhill Open Prison near Wotton Under Edge after admitting defrauding the society of £660,000.
