ALL votes have now been counted and there will be a shake-up at Cotswold District Council as the Tories suffer losses and Liberal Democrats make significant gains.
The future make-up of Cotswold District Council will be as follows:
Conservative - 27 Members
Liberal Democrat - 12 Members
Independent - 5 Members
