A MALE with a torch was seen walking around the garden of a property in a rural village near Cirencester at the weekend.
The suspicious male was observed in the garden of a residential property in the vicinity of Jackbarrow Road in Winstone.
He was seen on CCTV walking around the garden with the torch around 2.30am on Saturday, September 19.
Gloucestershire police are appealing for information after the report.

“At this stage, we believe nothing has been stolen,” a spokesperson for Gloucestershire Constabulary said.

However, they said the force ‘are appealing for any witnesses to this incident or those who may have found items misplaced or moved in their gardens at around the same time’.
