A BMW DRIVER has been banned from the road and given a huge bill after being caught over the limit behind the wheel in a village near Cirencester.
Aaron Hendry, aged 35, of Ashton Road, Siddington, drove a BMW 320d while above the legal alcohol limit in his home street in the village on November 20 last year.
A blood test showed Hendry had 83 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood - the legal limit being 80 milligrammes.

Hendry pleaded guilty to drink driving at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Tuesday, June 23 and was disqualified from driving for 14 months.
The ban can be reduced by 14 weeks if he completes a course by March 16, 2027.
He was also fined £450 and ordered to pay £85 in costs plus a £180 surcharge - a total of £715.
