TWO businesses from Cirencester have been named the best in the region.
New Brewery Arts and Retreat & Rewild were among those crowned winners in the Gloucestershire and Worcestershire Muddy Stilettos Awards 2026, which celebrate excellence across 21 lifestyle categories.
Now in their 13th year, the awards are organised by the lifestyle website Muddy Stilettos, which encourages readers to nominate and vote for their favourite indie businesses.
A spokesperson for New Brewery Arts said: "Thanks to your votes, we have been named the Muddy Stilettos Arts, culture and theatre winner for the second year running.
"But this isn’t just about 2026.
"Since 2016, you’ve voted us into the finals every single year the awards have been held, with regional wins in 2016, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2025 and now 2026.
"That’s a decade of support.
"A decade of learning, making, visiting exhibitions, meeting friends, discovering new skills, supporting makers, drinking coffee, buying handmade gifts and believing that creativity matters.
"We may look after the buildings, but you are what makes this place special.
"Whether you’ve taken a course, visited an exhibition, bought from the shop, stopped by the café, brought a friend, volunteered, donated or simply cheered us on from afar – this award belongs to you."
