Estate agent Strutt & Parker’s new branch at the old site of The Cotswold General Store at 19-21 Dyer Street is taking shape.
The shopfront at the site is now burgundy, and signage for the company has been put up.
Attractive images of pretty Cotswold properties can also be seen in the windows.
Strutt & Parker has a branch at Dyer Lodge at 15 Dyer Street in Cirencester.
A full planning application for 19-21 Dyer Street for changes to the shopfront, including the introduction of timber columns to the fenestration, new timber doors, the installation of 20 vitrine display screens, the installation of a new fascia sign and the installation of five air conditioning units, was received by Cotswold District Council in October.
An application for advertisement consent for a new fascia sign at the location was also received by CDC that month.
Both applications, from Strutt & Parker, were approved in January.
