CIRENCESTER Park Polo Club has appointed a new manager.
Having run her own PA company locally for more than eight years, Lucy Potter is now leading the club in what she describes as a 'new, more accessible direction'.
Ms Potter was born in Cirencester and has always had a connection to the Park and its countryside.
The Cirencester Park Polo Club is ranked among the top three clubs in the country and it offers world-class polo throughout the season.
Ms Potter says there will be polo most days throughout the season, fixtures permitting.
The clubhouse is open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm for food, and the bar stays open late on match days.
Membership options begin at £230 for a single membership, which comes with day passes, while daily entry is listed at £20 per head.
A key date for the club's diary is the Town Cup on June 7, with entry at £30 per car. Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic or book a table in the clubhouse for lunch and make a real occasion of it.
