A SUPPORT group providing monthly menopause sessions has had a change of meeting rooms.
The next Menopause Support Meeting will be held at the Royal Agricultural University's George Wing Room 1, in Cirencester, on Monday, January 12, from 6pm to 8pm.
The sessions, chaired by the new group leader Jodie, will offer guidance and support to those navigating menopause.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from a range of experts, as the meetings have now been increased to take place monthly instead of every other month.
Jodie, who recently took over from the previous group leader Claire Wardell, emphasised the significance of these sessions in providing an opportunity for relaxation and support.
She also noted the importance of self-compassion in managing the emotional and energetic shifts that accompany menopause.
Attendees can expect to receive practical tips for managing both the physical and emotional symptoms of menopause.
Ms Wardell stepped down from running the group at the end of last year, and now the group's leadership will be a team effort.
