A PHOTOGRAPHY competition is being held as part of this year's Cirencester History Festival.
The Rotary Club of Cirencester and Cirencester Civic Society are organising the event.
The theme is Historical Cirencester: A Different Perspective, encouraging entrants to creatively showcase the town's rich history.
The competition, sponsored by Concordfoto of Castle Street, Cirencester, is open to all.
There will be different prizes for under 16s, 16 to 18-year-olds, and over 18s.
Winning entries will be displayed in the Daniel Bingham Foundation Gallery and online during the festival, which runs from October 25 to November 3.
The competition is already open, with a closing date of Friday, August 15.
