A MAN has been charged with having sex with a 13-year-old girl in Cirencester.
The man, who is 25 and from Swindon, is accused of committing the offence between December 26, 2019 and January 31, 2020.
He is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Friday.
The man is charged with being an adult aged 18 or over engaging in sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15 under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
