AN 82-YEAR-OLD from Cirencester has been fined after he was caught speeding.
Robert Clark, aged 82, of Forstall Way, Cirencester was caught going over the 30mph speed limit in Whelford Road, Kempsford.
He was caught while driving a Volkswagen Tiguan on October 28, 2023.
The case was proved via the single justice procedure at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on June 17.
Clark was fined £220, ordered to pay a £88 surcharge plus £90 in costs - a total of £398.
Three points were also added to his licence.
