A MAN who was caught driving an Audi in Cirencester while under the influence of cocaine is due in court today.
Sarvjit Bains, aged 54, pleaded guilty to driving an Audi A5 in Siddington Road, Cirencester while under the influence of cocaine and ecstasy on Saturday, August 5.
Bains, of Warrener Close, Swindon, has also admitted driving in Cirencester without insurance on the same date.
In addition, Bains has also indicated a guilty plea to a charge of possessing 0.26 grams of cocaine.
Bains is due to be sentenced at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court today, Thursday, April 18.
