A MERCEDES driver faces a whopping legal bill after admitting two driving offences in court yesterday.
Michael Gray, aged 63, of Clayfurlong Grove, Kemble admitted failing to stop after an accident where another car was damaged in Gloucester Road, Cirencester on Saturday, October 14.
For this offence, Gray must pay a £1,041 fine, a £583 victim surcharge plus £85 in costs - a total of £1,709.
Ten points have also been added to his licence.
Gray also pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Cirencester on the same day.
For this offence, he was fined £416 during the hearing at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Tuesday, March 19.
