POLICE have urged residents to keep their car keys out of sight after two Volkswagen cars were stolen in Fairford this week.
Thieves entered a house in London Road, stole two sets of keys and then drove off in a white Volkswagen Golf and a grey Volkswagen Golf.
The owners believe that the cars were stolen sometime between Wednesday morning, March 6 and 3pm on Thursday, March 7.
Anyone with dashcam/ doorbell footage of this incident has been asked to fill out an online form on Gloucestershire police's website quoting incident number 289 of March 7.
