A 60-YEAR-OLD man from Cirencester has pleaded guilty to three sexual offences involving a teenage girl.
Michael Murray, of Arnolds Way, Cirencester, has been charged with attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, attempting to cause a girl aged 13 to engage in sexual activity and making an Category C indecent photograph of a child.
Between November 25, 2022 and December 19, 2022, Murray asked a girl he believed to be under 16 to video call him so he could show himself masturbating.
Murray also told the girl he was masturbating over a photo of her.
The second charge is that on December 3, 2022, Murray attempted to incite a girl he believed to have been aged 13 to engage in a sexual act.
The final charge is that on December 17, 2022 he made one Category C indecent photograph of a child.
Murray pleaded guilty to all three offences at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, February 20.
He is due to be sentenced at Gloucester Crown Court on Tuesday, March 19.
