A BLACK car was seized by police officers in Cirencester last week.
The driver failed to stop when instructed to do so by the police in the Cotswold capital on Friday, February 23.
Cirencester Neighbourhood Policing officers suspected that they were driving carelessly.
Once the driver finally stopped, officers found that they only had a provisional licence and no insurance.
The driver was reported for the offences and the case will be heard in court.
