AN ALERT has been issued after two bags were stolen from a van in our area.
The window of a van - which was parked in a car park in Eastleach - was smashed sometime between 12.45pm and 1.45pm on Friday, February 2.
A black rucksack and blue Nike rucksack were stolen from the vehicle.
Police officers would like to speak to anyone who has information about this incident.
Information can be provided to police by completing a form on Gloucestershire police's website quoting incident number 219 of February 2.
Alternatively, information can reported anonymously on Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555111.
A spokesperson for Gloucestershire police said: "Please remember to keep vehicle keys out of sight and if appropriate keep keys in a Farady pouch.
"Do not leave valuables in vehicles or in sight.
"Please don't hesitate to call the police if you witness suspicious activity and dial 999 if you believe a crime is taking place."
