POLICE officers recovered a stolen van on the M4 this morning.
Wiltshire Police Road Policing Unit officers stopped a white Ford Transit van on the motorway in the early hours of Monday morning, February 5.
The driver had bought the stolen van from a seller on social media.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "The Road Policing Unit stopped this Ford Transit travelling along the M4 motorway in the early hours of this morning.
"It is a stolen vehicle and the driver fell foul of buying a vehicle on a particular social media page without doing their checks."
