A 17-year-old boy who has been charged with attempted murder, after a girl was stabbed in Gloucester, appeared in court today.
The charge relates to an incident which took place in the Kingsway area of Gloucester on Sunday evening, January 28.
The 16-year-old girl who was stabbed remains in hospital.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court earlier today, Tuesday, January 30 where he was remanded into custody.
He is due to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on Friday, March 1.
