A 17-YEAR-OLD boy from Cirencester charged with rape and sexual assault was due in court last week.
The boy is alleged to have raped a 13-year-old girl on Monday, June 1 in 2020.
He has also been accused of sexually assaulting a girl on the same day.
Bristol Magistrates' Court heard the case on Thursday, January 11.
The boy has been released on unconditional bail pending the next hearing at Bristol Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, January 23.
