A TEENAGER has been charged with drink-driving on a motorway.
Archie Wotherspoon, aged 18, of Todenham Road, Moreton in Marsh, was stopped by police on the M5 southbound between junction 8 for Strensham services and junction 9 for Tewkesbury on Saturday, December 23.
Wotherspoon - who was driving a Peugeot 107 - gave a reading of 45 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court today, Friday, January 12.
