A 15-YEAR-OLD boy has been charged with possessing cannabis and taking a car out for a spin around Cirencester.
The boy, who is from Cirencester, is alleged to have driven the car without due care and attention on Friday, August 25.
He has also been charged with driving the car without insurance, a licence or the owner's consent on the same day.
The boy is also alleged to have possessed cannabis in Cirencester on Saturday, May 13.
He was due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Friday, January 5.
The boy cannot be named for legal reasons.
