POLICE officers have relaunched an appeal for witnesses who have information about last week's fatal A419 crash.
A Vauxhall Astra driver travelled up the slip road from the M4 eastbound before colliding with the roundabout at the junction just before 11pm on Tuesday, January 2.
Swindon teenager Jamie Donnelly, who was in the vehicle during the crash, was declared dead at the scene.
Police officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have dash cam footage from either the A419 roundabout or the M4.
Information can be given by emailing SCIT@wiltshire.police.uk quoting log 361 of January 2.
Alternatively, information can also be provided to the police by calling 101 quoting the same log number.
