STAFF at a popular entertainment venue in Cirencester are excited to unveil a special surprise to loyal partygoers this weekend.

ReVA Nightclub - which is located in Bishops Walk in Cirencester - first opened in December 2013 and the club's director Dan Lafford wanted to mark a decade of dancing with something permanent.

The club's lighting and sound system has undergone a £30,000 upgrade, courtesy of Martin Audio and lighting installations which includes a CO2 cannon.

Mr Lafford has reflected on a whirlwind decade of beats, lights and unforgettable moments.

He said: "In December 2013, ReVA opened its doors with a promise to provide the community with a haven for safe, late-night entertainment and unforgettable events.

"Over the years, ReVA has been a stage for legendary pop stars, including members from Five, S Club 7 and Busted.

"The line-up has also featured iconic acts from the 80s, 90s, and 00s such as Basshunter, Tinchy Stryder and even Paul Chuckle.

"Not to mention, the club has welcomed various celebs from The Only Way Is Essex and Made in Chelsea, adding a touch of glamour to the dance floor.

"This year, we wanted to express our gratitude to everyone who has partied with us over the years.

"To celebrate we have given away £2,500 worth of festival tickets and organised a special night hosted by 80s icon Martin Kemp.

"The grand finale of the anniversary celebrations awaits this weekend, when we will unveil the £30,000 light and sound refurbishment.

"With only two weekends left before Christmas, there's no better time to experience the energy of Cirencester's biggest club.

"Join us as we raise a glass to the past decade and dance into the next chapter of ReVA Nightclub's legacy.

"Cheers to 10 years of music, memories, and endless nights of partying!"
