POLICE officers have urged residents to be vigilant after a property in the Malmesbury area was broken into.
Officers received reports of a daylight burglary in Milbourne village near Malmesbury on Wednesday, November 22.
The burglars entered the property by force and stole a number of items of personal value.
A spokesperson for Malmesbury Police said: "We are sad to report of a dwelling burglary in Milbourne on November 22.
"The burglars broke into the house round the back and stole items of personal value.
"Please be vigilant, revisit your security and report anything suspicious."
