A MUM of twins has thanked the community for their unwavering support after celebrating a successful first year of business in Cirencester.
Trained massage therapist and reflexologist Aimee Heard first opened her treatment room in The Mew, Cricklade Street, Cirencester on November 15 last year and hasn't looked back.
Aimee grew up in Salisbury but moved to the area seven years ago when her husband John, who works as a military chef, was posted to RAF South Cerney.

When her family moved to Cirencester from Ashton Keynes she decided to take the plunge and look at premises around town to expand her business.
A group of supportive clients, family members and friends rallied together to help Aimee transform a former accountancy office into a relaxing cosy sanctuary.

Aimee's Holistic Escape offers a range of treatments including massages, reflexology, facials and pedicures.
Aimee said: "Holistic therapy has always been a huge passion of mine.
"I was both extremely nervous and excited when I decided to move my business to Cirencester.
"The last year has been incredible, and my business has completely taken off.

"My treatment room is warm and cosy with a Cotswold period feel.
"I have so many supportive friends, family members and clients and I am now busier than ever.
"Cirencester is the gem of the Cotswolds, it has such a beautiful community.
"I was one the first victims of a spate of burglaries last year and my clients and other business owners were so supportive and helped the area feel safe again.
"My long-term goals for the business are to continue to develop my skills to be the best I can be for my clients’ experience, and to make my twin girls proud of their mum for building a business from scratch."
Aimee plans on celebrating this milestone by sponsoring a tree at St John Baptist Church's Christmas tree trail.
Each tree in the trail must reflect the business, so she has been busy painting baubles the same colour as the walls in her treatment space.
