A VOLKSWAGEN driver has been charged with drink-driving near Cirencester.
Colin Horrocks, aged 65, of Cheltenham Road, Stratton, is alleged to have driven a Volkswagen Golf after having consumed 58 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
The incident is alleged to have taken place in Cheltenham Road, Stratton, near Cirencester, on Saturday, September 9.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath.
The case will be heard at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court tomorrow, October 31.
