CIRENCESTER man Benjamin Savory has been charged with burgling a popular brunch spot in the town centre.
Savory, aged 29, is charged with burgling the He Says, She Waffles - which is situated off Black Jack Street in Cirencester - and stealing £450 on December 2, 2021.
The defendant, of London Road, Cirencester, is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Monday, October 30.
No plea has been entered.
At the same hearing, the defendant is due to be sentenced for two other offences, both of which he has admitted.
On May 23, he stole three bottles of whiskey - worth a total of £186 - from the Corn Hall Deli in Cirencester.
He also breached a criminal behaviour order which banned him from entering the Corn Hall Deli on that day.
