A VAN driver from Cirencester must pay nearly £800 for driving without due care and attention.
Xavier Gunn, aged 34, of Gloucester Street, Cirencester, admitted driving a Ford Transmit in Whelford Road, Kempsford without due care and attention on Tuesday, February 7.
Gunn pleaded guilty to the offence at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, September 12.
He was fined £495 and must pay a £198 victim surcharge plus £90 costs - a total of £783.
Six penalty points were added to his licence.
