A VEHICLE was seized in Royal Wootton Bassett by the police yesterday.
Wiltshire Police's Roads Policing Unit spotted a man using his phone while driving a Peugeot Partner van in Royal Wootton Bassett yesterday afternoon (September 6).
Officers found that the driver had no insurance so the van was seized.
