A MAN has been banned from a Tesco store after being charged with three counts of theft.
James Atkins, aged 31, of no fixed abode in the Cricklade area, was charged with three counts of theft from a Tesco store.
He was released on bail with the condition not to enter the store before his hearing which will take place at Swindon Magistrates' Court later this month.
PC Beth Butwell, the new Neighbourhood Policing Officer for Cricklade and Malmesbury, said: "I will be taking robust action against those that continue to commit offences and cause issues within our community.
"I am committed to keeping our community safe."
