POLICE have appealed for witnesses after a dog was shot near a Wiltshire village.
This incident occurred in Fosse Way, Chedglow, near Crudwell, at around 3.50pm on Wednesday, July 19.
The dog suffered two gunshot wounds and needed treatment.
Officers would like to speak to a male, who was described as being a large build with blond hair, who was seen driving a green quadbike in the area at the time of incident.
