A FLURRY of new five-star hygiene grades have been handed out to food establishments across the Cotswold district.

Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority - they are not a guide to food quality.

Ratings are given on a score from 0-5, with five being the highest.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four Cotswold establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.
