A POPULAR restaurant chain specialising in submarine sandwiches in Cirencester has received a five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Subway next to Lidl in Cirencester Trade Park in Midland Road, Cirencester was given the maximum score after an assessment on Monday, May 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority - they are not a guide to food quality.
Ratings are given on a score from 0-5, with five being the highest.
