A Cirencester man has been given points on his licence and a fine for failing to provide information on the identity of a driver.
Jack Evans, 30, was sentenced at Mold Magistrates Court in North Wales on August 4 in his absence.
The court heard Evans failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to be guilty of an offence.
Magistrates heard the offence took place in Prestatyn, Denbighshire, on February 10.
Evans, of Four Acres Caravan Park, was found guilty under the Single Justice Procedure, which allows magistrates to prosecute without a defendant being present.
He was given six penalty points, fined £660, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90.
Evans has until September 1 to pay the total, £816, in full.
