A 43-YEAR-OLD woman has appeared in court charged with stealing a bottle of wine and possession of cannabis.
Nina Austin, 43, of Common Hill, Cricklade, appeared at Swindon Magistrates' Court where she admitted both offences.
The court heard that Austin stole a bottle of Las Moras Pinot Grigio worth £7.25 from the Co-op in Cricklade Road, Swindon on Saturday, June 25.
She was also found to be in possession of cannabis.
A six month community order was imposed.
Austin, who appeared in court on June 27, must also pay a £114 victim surcharge.
